I have a yearly subscription for my creative cloud brought through my University since I get a student discount. However, I can't access my apps or manage them, and hence I cannot update or install any of the desktop applications. Does anyone have a clue on how to tackle this problem?

Hello @Anusha29997590hh9z, I can see that the subscription is assigned to your email address if you go to accounts.adobe.com. You should be able to see the plan associated with your email.

If you are getting any errors, please share the error message or screenshot.

your school manages an enterprise account.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Hi @Anusha29997590hh9z you need to contact your schools admin for the account to allow access to install or update applications. Reinstalling the CC Desktop app will not resolve.

Hi @Anusha29997590hh9z

Please confirm if you are trying to access the apps on your permission device or provided by the University. Also, do you have the admin rights to manage the apps on that device?

If yes, kindly help us with the screenshot of the prompt you are getting in the desktop app so we can assist you accordingly.

If not, kindly contact your University's IT team, who will assist you.
