Critical issue: lack of ability to transfer folder ownership
I would like to submit a complaint about the lack of ability to transfer folder ownership. This occurred in our company's case with a user that is no longer active as he left the company, who used to be the team admin. Adobe Support helped transfer team admin status to the group account, and he was removed as a user from our licenses. Since then, sync issues have abounded for me and my coworkers on the folders that his ghost account continues to own. I confirmed this to be the root of the syncing issues by copying files under one of said folders to a new folder where the sync issues stopped. The only solution Adobe Support offered was to download all of his assets and re-upload, but this is not feasible due to the amount of assets (over 220 GB) and new files having since been added since the syncing issues started occurring. This is wasting hours if not days of our company's time and it is a serious issue that must be addressed. A feature to easily transfer folder ownership from an inactive user should be added, or at the very least it should be achievable by reaching out to Adobe Support.
