Deploy package, pc-pool University - not working

New Here ,

Dear Community,

I have to administrate a pc-pool. I'm no real administrator -actually just a user of the adobe programs and now in the "nice" role and I thought, it is easy...but somehow not.

We have

- new PC's: Windows Home and Pro, Win 10

- VIP Edu-License, Creative Cloude for Teams
- goal of installation: installation by device

What I did:

1) opened an account, logged in into the admin console

2) I installed the CC Packager on my PC

3)I generated a Package containing nearly all programms on my admin pc

- indesign, illustrator, photoshop, premiere pro, muse, after affects, animate, dreamweaver etc.

4) thean I went to the pc-pool, copied the package on the pc's, open the "build" file, open setup

result:

I got an error message, the same by using the msi file.
In the PDApp log (5 A4 pages) are several messages - I don't get the content

I don't really know what is wrong - I tried it now several days and my time is running out, because the pool will be in use soon!

questions:
Question 1: Please help - to whom I could send the PDApp log, to check and hopefully tell me - what went wrong? I don't want to post it here - because its so long

Question 2: Am I allowed to do different packages e.g. package 1: indesign, illustrator, adobe; package 2: after affects, animate etc. package 3: .

So, what is the best way not getting error-problems /

many thanks
suerl

Hi Suerl,

As per the logs i see error code 127, which means Unable to extract files. Retry to download the product again.

Seems like the installation failed for InCopy at the first try however succeed after trying to install it again.

Hi Suerl,

Can you please collect the logs and share them with us via Drop box or Google drive.

Log Collector Tool

And yes you can push two packages on the same machine.

Dear community,

dear Rohit,

it works now (even if in the log file are messages signed with (FATAL, ERROR). So why this messages are still inside the installation process, is for me still unclear and i don't know, where they could cause a problem - but installation is now successfull.

Solution: We switched of the firewall - (to easy solution)

I'm still interested in the FATAL/ ERROR messages
