Devices not listed in Activated Devices section

Hi,

I noticed that there are no devices listed under the Activated Devices section in Plans and Payments in the Adobe Account menu even though I am logged into creative cloud on my computer. Is there anyway to fix that? Thank you.

Just to confirm, you're definitely viewing the activated devices for exactly the same Adobe ID as you have signed in with for your apps?

Some people have more than one Adobe ID (sometimes without knowing it) and occasionally sign in with a different Adobe ID to see no activated devices.

Yes I am signed into the same Adobe ID. But for some reason, no devices are listed under the Activated Devices section even though I am signed in with the same account.

This page shows your activated devices. And just to confirm, you have installed and launched an app, such as Photoshop, on your computer? If you haven't you can go to Creative Cloud website and install an app.
