Download older Adobe CC apps for Mac (High Sierra)

Hi All,

I really would like some help obtaining the older 2020 CC apps for Mac (for devices running High Sierra)

I am the Adobe Admin and manage our enterprise (school) with Named Licences.

I can install the Adobe CC app on High Sierra, but then when enabling 'Show older apps' no apps show to install (probably because the apps I want are more than two versions behind)

I tried creating a package from a custom template in the Admin Console, but this does not install, the script always fails with code 112 "An error occured while running scripts from the package"

I am trying to download older 2020 CC versions such as:

Photoshop 21.2.12

Illustrator 24.3.2

We are more than happy running the older version of these apps on these very old Mac's (late 2011) but I can't find a way to install the software, even with direct links 😞

If anyone can offer some pointers, it would really help these students out.

Here's a followup with logs, perhaps the Install Failed: Error Domain=PKInstallErrorDomain means something?

Created a custom photoshop package to include: CC 5.7.0, After Effects 17.7.1, Photoshop 21.2.12, Illustrator 24.3.2

Yet on install it fails:

This is the general log file. And Error 112 seems to be generic installer error.

Would it be possible for you to look in the Adobe-specific log files. Maybe we'll have a clearer indication of what the problem is. Look for errors in the PDApp.log file and then the product's Install.log files. Let's see if that contains some hints to get to the underlying problem. Ok it looks like although I use a custom Adobe package and only include versions compatibile with High Sierra, the package is created with dependancies needing Mojave or higher.

This now means I have exhaused all options to download any compatible version of CC to work on High Sierra 10.13 as Adobe now do not allow me to download older versions using any method. 😞

This is really disapointing considering we are subscribed to Adobe Cloud Enterprise. I'm trying to obtain for now:

Photoshop 21.2.12

After Effects 17.6

Illustrator 24.3.1

Camera Raw 14.3

These versions are currently running on existing High Sierra devices.

I've had limited success... creating individual packages;

Photoshop 21.2.12 (installed sucessfully)

Illusstrator 24.3.2 (installed sucessfully)

After Effects 17.7.1 (failed) - 17.6 is needed

Premiere Pro 14.9.2 (untested likely to fail) 14.8 needed

Media Encoder 14.9.2 (untested likely to fail) 14.8 needed

Admin Console will not let me download these old versions.

Where can I download After Effects 17.6, Premiere Pro & Media Encoder 14.8?

This link implies I can use the Admin Console to download older Creative Cloud packages, however I cannot create packages for 2020, or 2019. I can use Creative Cloud Packager for very old versions, and Users can install 2021/2022 versions, but I have no access to 2020 versions compatible with High Sierra.
