Education Licenses can PhotoShop and Lightroom be bundled?

Hello, My school's third party company for purchasing licenses for my high school tells me I cannot buy a bundled package for PhotoShop and Lightroom. They say schools are not allowed to purchase bundles and I must purchase each license individually. My school is small and I want to get 9 licenses and it is much more expensive than the bundled price. Are schools allowed to purchase the PhotoShop and Lightroom bundle?

are you the school's plan administrator?

if so, open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

Hello again, I am not the school's plan administrator. That is a third
party company called CDW and they are telling me my licenses cannot be
bundled. That is why I am asking Adobe questions because I do not believe
our school plan administrator.

you're dependent on your plan administrator.  if you don't trust them you should change admins.

On the Adobe website, under education, It says that a bundled PhotoShop and Lightroom bundle is $119.88 ($9.99 a month)   I am being told schools must buy each licesnse individually, $120 for each which is $240 and this is for 9 months not a year.

the photography plan (photoshop + lightroom classic + lightroom cloud based) is $10/mo * 12mo/yr = $120/yr per license.  ie, schools are not penalized.

but how much is your all apps plan?

The told me the entire cloud plan for 9 months is $280. I want to make sure I understand what you wrote above correctly; the Photography Plan for school is $120 for the year and includes photoshop-lightroom classic- and lightroom cloud base.

the photography plan outside your school's plan is $120/yr.

your school's plan is up to your school and their plan administrator.

ie, typically a school plan offers a benefit over what everyone can purchase.  but no plan afaik offers the photography plan for less than $120/yr.  otoh, i've never heard of a school plan charging more than the public price, but maybe your plan administrator, according to you, does.

but you should clarify that by explicitly asking if they're charging more than the publically available deal.

    We have a 3rd party company as the plan's administrator. They are the one's telling me I cannot bundle because I am a school. They are the ones giving me prices that are much more expensive then I find on your website. That is why I am asking questions.
