I am attempting to upgrade Acrobat X Pro from 10.1.3 to 10.1.4.  I am using update "AcrobatUpd1014.msp" and applying it using the following command: msiexec.exe /p AcrobatUpd1014.msp REBOOT=ReallySuppress /qn /norestart /lwve c:\windows\temp\Acrobat10-1-4.log Some Entries in the Log File: MSI (s) (A4:78) [08:28:55:557]: SOFTWARE RESTRICTION POLICY: C:\Windows\Temp\Acrobat-10.1.4\AcrobatUpd1014.msp is permitted to run because the user token authorizes execution (system or service token). I have updated about 700 systems with the msiexec command, however, I have about 200 additional that are giving me the same error. Any Suggestions??? Thanks Matt

Did you make sure that the systems where you have this issue do have Acrobat 10.x installed.

Please make sure that you did not use AIP (Admin Install Point) to install Acrobat on those systems.

If you use AIP, essentially you installed 10.1.3, but Acrobat 10.1.4 patch is looking for 10.0.0

Hope it helps.
