New Here ,
May 03, 2023 May 03, 2023

Hello, I have added a user and tried to grant the product Adobe Acrobat Pro to that user, and I get an error  "Something went wrong while saving. Error ID: "

I have tried different browsers and diff machines.

I am logged in as administrator to adminconsole.adobe.com

Hi @Charles297132287fdu apologies for the delay in response, there was a CSO that resulted in this issue.

If the issue persists I request you to please collect the Browser Console & Network logs along with a screenshot then create a case from the Admin Console. We will treat it as a bug. Thanks!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Acrobat forum
