Extremely Frustrating and Poor Experience Upgrading to a Teams Account

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I called Adobe's Support Line about a week and a half ago inquiring about prices to switch to a Teams account. I was quoted a $1583.76 annual cost to make the upgrade I needed. After consulting with my team and drafting up a cost splitting plan, I followed up with Adobe a week later. This is where things got infuriating. The first person I spoke to informed me that the price I was quoted was a mistake. In fact, the price is upwards of $2000+ per week. When I'd asked why someone with Adobe would have quoted that, they replied simply that the didn't know and that the misquoting person kept no record of my conversation with them. Awesome.

So when I tell them that I'm disappointed and would like to speak to someone who could resolve the situation, I get passed off like a hot potato to the next person who I have to explain the whole story to. That person tells me there's nothing THEY can do but says they're going to forward me to someone who can help. Then I sit on the phone for four minutes listening to a dial tone. Then my call is disconnected.

I go this this same circle 2 more times, get passed from one customer service rep to another, each one basically the same thing. All I keep asking is to speak to someone in management. If times weren't so tight because of Covid, I wouldn't bother being so pushy. And there's the other issue of wanting to simply hold a big company to their word... eventually I'm on the phone with someone who forwards a request to a management figure and informs me I'll receive a callback in 48 hours. Well, that timeframe has passed.

Is there anyone in Adobe I can speak to that is helpful? My experience with the Adobe customer service phone line is awful and I feel like the company just doesn't care about helping their customers. So much so that I'd like to altogether dump them as a service provider.

Is there a number I can call to reach someone who won't give me the bureaucratic response?

Thank you
