Hello, I have recenlty purchased a adobe account as an employee at my church.
I am trying to download photoshop, and it keeps telling me I have to request access to my administrator,
I have went toruble shooted and went to the plans section of my account and it does not tell me who my administrator is, does anyone have any ideas how I can find them / contact them?

Thank you for reaching out. I can see that an active individual Creative Cloud plan is associated with the Adobe ID you used to post your query here. To resolve the issue, please log out of Creative Cloud and then log back in, during the profile selection step, choose "Personal Account" instead of "Company or School Account." After that, try downloading Photoshop again.
