If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, a month before your renewal, Adobe provides a self-service license management workflow in the Admin Console. 

If you are a system administrator, you can modify the number of licenses and products in your plan during this period called the renewal window. For more details, see renewals.

 

For more details on how to add or remove products/licenses see: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/add-products-and-licenses.ug.html

Hi, I did my best to cancle the renewal of one licence, but could not make it. Really a sad experience. 
Is true that it is only possible to cancle in the period of one month before the new renewal date? 

Where can I find the next renewal date? 
Why is there such a detailed describtion how to purchase a new licence but only ongoing links to other pages for cancelation. Really not trustfull and makes me feal stupid.

In the admin console, go to account:

You will see the anniversary date and if you click "Account" to the left, you will see the "renewal period":

It may well be that you need to be the contract owner. As I'm the contract owner to see this information.

 

Admins (all admins!) will receive an e-mail to remind the renewal. Check your spam folder.
