Hi - I think I may need a bit more information about your exact question. For Team Projects in Premiere Pro and After Effects, licensing is included in the standard individual license for those products. No additional costs or fees.

I have 200 Adobe Cloud licenses around the University. I do need to know if this licenses are being used o idle. 

I guess there is a kind of dashboard to visualize that
