How can we get ahold installation for older version of Premier Pro 15.4?

We need to install an older version of Premier Pro, version 15.4. Can we get a link to an installation for this version?

I would like to inform you that Adobe Support N, N-1, and LTS versions only (N= latest version). 

The oldest version of Premiere Pro is 22.6. Unfortunately, officially, there is no option to get a link for the 15.4 version.

As a large media business with an agreement we need the version. This due to important functionality lost in later versions. I called support yesterday and received a link to installation of a trial version of Premier Pro 15.0. Will call them again if we need a full version.
