Hi all,
Can anyone help me or give me a clue about removing a license I don't use anymore?
The Adobe Support section of the site keeps me on a loop through a lot of unuseful links. I cannot access the right option, nor can I chat with a real person who can help with this problem. It is really unnerving. I made the purchase after a few clicks and now I cannot cancel after more than an hour on the Adobe site. I'm utterly disgusted by this swindling strategy to keep me paying for something I don't want anymore!
If you've recently purchased a license you do not want, you may be able to cancel it online:

Otherwise you would need to contact an Adobe Customer Service rep directly... They are the only folks who have the ability to fix plan billing or account payment issues is Adobe Customer Care themselves. You should be able to reach them via live online chat or possibly phone:

This to me reminds me of dark patterns. It's rediculously easy to add a liscense, but I'm jumping through hoops to find where to remove them, which is wrong. It should be just as easy to remove as it is to add.
After searching for 15 minutes, I still cannot find where to remove licenses from my Adobe business account.

It should be straight-forward to add AND remove licenses. Adobe has great products but biasing the license user interface to keep people locked into licenses, with only an unknown cancellation window is unfair to your customers.
Please consider the following changes:
1. Make it clear when the licenses start and stop - I don't see it on the screen.
2. Make it possible cancel at any time instead of having a short window, which I don't know when it will come up because the date of the contract start is not displayed with the list of licenses I have active.
3. Consider letting people out of the license agreement at any time instead of once a year.

As you posted in the Enterprise and Teams forum, I suppose that you have an Enterprise or Teams licence.
The contract owner (a dedicated administrator of your licences) sees the plan details, the anniversary date and the renewal period any time in the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/account)
The window is one month before and one month after the anniversary date. Licences are annual (except if you add one during the year, which get renewed with all the others). There is unfortunately no option to add monthly licences this way. Occasionally, when having students working during the summer break or during an internship, I could use a licence for a month or two.
