I am testing new package deployments of Adobe Reader DC prior to releasing it.
I have used the customization tool for Adobe Reader DC to create a MST file so its a tailored install. The only thing it seems is, I can not alter or remove is the "add account" for Microsoft Share-Point.
At this time our organization does not have Share-Point and possibly not anytime soon.
How can I remove/disable that option? I would rather not spend the administrative overhead on training end user to ignore that it exists.

Hi Jon,
You can set the registry as mentioned at http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Windows/Workflows.html#Services(SharePoint...) to disable 'Add account' in Reader DC.
Thanks,
-Amboo

I am having the same issue and wanted to clarify.
I am running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2015.006.30096. The following registry key does NOT remove the Add account option for Sharepoint:
The following registry key DOES remove the Add account option for Sharepoint:
In this version, they have added a new add account option for Dropbox. The following registry key removes the Dropbox option:
Is there an easy way to add these registry entries using the Acrobat Customization Wizard? There doesn't seem to be a way to browse to Wow6432Node. I see a registry setting under Direct Editor. I see I can select add row here and add whatever I want, but what should I choose as my registry, root, key, name, value component?

Use the Wizard's Registry feature. You can set a single pref or copy an entire hive.

I am using the wizards registry feature. As I mentioned above, there is no way to set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ via the registry feature.
I have set up keys at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown using the registry feature, and the registry settings do not appear on a machine after the install is run.

You're right. This is the first time anyone has mentioned the issue--possibly because it's 64 bit machines that use the Wow node. I'll file a bug.
You might have to go with a GPO or a script, but I'll ask around and see if there are other options.

I downloaded the admx template for Acrobat DC and didn't see but a few settings, none of which involve removing the dropbox/sharepoint accounts.
The main issue I have is I don't know why my registry keys I have specified aren't showing up on machines I send the install to. I have keys set in the registry feature, I have them saved. I can close and reopen the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC on another machine, open my package and see the registry keys I specified. When I deploy it to any test machine, it doesn't get the keys. If I uninstall Reader DC, make sure the keys are gone, then redeploy it to my machine, I get the keys.
Why is my machine the only one getting the keys I have set?

The admx templates are just starter docs as stated here: Group Policy-Active Directory — Enterprise Administration Guide
All 64 bit machines? Same OS? Are any other Wizard settings applied to other machines after the install (for example, change a security setting and see if the new value appears in the product).

All of our machines are x64, like most of corporate america.
All of our machines run Windows 7 Professional w/SP1 x64.
All of our machines are built via an image, so all settings are the same.
If I manually enter in the registry keys on any machine, the settings work.
If I attempt to apply the registry settings via the Acrobat Customization Wizard on a machine I manually set the registry settings on, then deleted, they work.
If I format and install a machine via an image, then deploy the Reader DC install to it which includes the registry keys, it fails.
There are other wizard settings applied to any machine I deploy to, just not the registry settings. If I open regedit and check for the keys I have set, they are not there.

Same problem here with Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 2008 R2/Citrix XenApp 6.5
Since the update from 2015.006.30060 to 2015.006.30096 there is a new menu item in the "Help" menu, initially called "Login/Logoff" (loosly translated from German original "Anmleden/Abmelden") and after a while changes to two items called "Manage own account..." (Eigenes Konto verwalten...) and "Login" (Anmelden).
If you click the "Anmleden/Abmelden" a message will popup saying "Registration is initializing... Try again soon." (Registrierung wird initialisiert... Versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut.)
