I can't download Adobe After Effects. It gives no error message either.

I recently got the Education Creative Cloud, and I have practically installed everything, except After Effects. Every time I open creative cloud and try to install after effects, it goes up till 5% then says *Installation failed*. Yes, my laptop is a 64 Bit, and when I look into After Effects, it says compatible with my laptop. Please help!
