I can't remove organizations profiles

hi, I'm trying to leave the organizations linked to my profile but it is not possible to do so.
I'm following the official guide, but unfortunately, I don't know why, there is no CTA, no button, to leave the organization in my profile.
How can I do?

what happens when you go to https://account.adobe.com/profile and sign in - then navigate to Account and Security > Accounts. Scroll down to Account Information and Access. All organizations associated with your account are listed. 

Do you see the organizations listed?

If you see the orgs listed but cannot remove yourself - that means you have Administrator access on those accounts and need to have them remove you from the admin list.

That means your account is not tied to organizations.
