InDesign Publish Online - Transfer Links to Another Account?

Wondering if I can transfer my current online documents to another user in my organization?

My current impression is if I close my account, we lose all the current URLs but Is there a way to keep URLs active by sharing/transferring this dashboard over to another account holder?

Hi,

The InDesign Publish Online dashboard cannot be transferred to another user. If the original ID documents are passed to another user and published this will create a new URL which is probably not what you want.

The only solution I can see would be to transfer the entire Adobe ID account to someone else.

This can be done by changing the associated email address. Note that this will transfer everything under that ID so you would need to check all the assets that you currently have under that ID.

In the Admin Console the admin would then need to remove that Adobe ID and add them back again with the new email address.

Hi alisterblack ,

this thread should remain in Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS .

We have no answer here and looking for an answer at "Deployment for Creative Cloud…".

If you have a better place to post the question, feel free to move the question to a better place than InDesign .

Even better: Do you have an answer to brittbritt.cw 's question?

Or do you know someone at Adobe who can give an answer?

Regards,
Uwe
