install error code 19

Hi all,

We have volume licencing for Creative Cloud 2018. I am trying to install it. But almost as soon as it starts I get the: "Installation failed" message. I take a look at the log and

I made sure there was nothing running in the background (unless I missed something) It failed in Acrobat - so I thought there may be a conflict - so I deleted the older version on the machine. Didn't work.

I have an older version of cs5 on it and even some cs 2 prg's. But I don't want to delete them, in case this doesn't work and I can't find those old install files.

Any ideas?

There's also this line that has me concerned: MSI ProductCode ({AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-0C0F074E4100}) is not installed on the system

I'm also thinking something could be blocked through the ISP?
