What are some ways to help prevent logins from devices that the account owner has not allowed to use?

Hi there,

If you have an Adobe Enterprise subscription, the Admins will soon have an option to "Manage location-based access."

They could allow or restrict their users' use of specific Adobe account profiles and associated apps based on their IP address. This will enable the organization to prevent users from accessing apps outside designated areas such as offices or institutes.

Let us know if this helps or if you have any more questions.

Thanks,
^BS

I'm using the Business version, but I'm not sure if it has the ability to prevent sign-ins.

Hi there,

I have reviewed your account, and you have a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription registered on it. The authentication process cannot be customized for team users, and hence, this feature is not available.

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks,

^BS
