Since last week all of my Adobe apps stopped loading any of my library assets and they just say every subfolder is empty (see attached) this is accross ALL of our brand libraries and a huge issue as thats where all our assets are stored.
I checked chrome libraries and the assets are still there so the issue is creative cloud not talking to photoshop and illustrator, even though it says "all up to date" when i hover over the cloud

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you're experiencing issues with Libraries not loading in Photoshop and Illustrator. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Sign Out and Sign Back In
Relaunch the CCLibrary Process
For additional guidance, refer to this article: Creative Cloud Libraries Panel Doesn't Load.
Check Your Internet Connection
Please note that Creative Cloud Synced Files have been discontinued for business plans, including Creative Cloud for Teams and Creative Cloud for Enterprise. This may impact file syncing between Creative Cloud and your applications. For more details, please review this article: End of Support for Creative Cloud Synced Files in Business Plans.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi, i have done all of these steps and my libraries are still not loading in ANY of my apps. This has absolutely destroyed my workflow for the last 2 weeks as all our brand assets are built into them.
"Please note that Creative Cloud Synced Files have been discontinued for business plans"
Could this be whats screwed up lbiraries, like a bug there thats stopping libraries syncing since im on a business account and misinterprretiung my CC library files as cloud synced files? (i assume thats something different otherwise there is 0 reason to use adobe CC at all as a business without libraries)

For anyone who sees this forum post with same issue, this was the problem - adobe's unbelievable decision to take away cloud files has destroyed all exisiting libraries and i need to remake them from scratch, utterly mind boggling decision from a company this big and i wonder how many businesses have been screwed by this decision to squeeze an extra 1% profit margin...

Hi @Andreas28059408tjbp,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delayed response. Upon checking, I see that you have an active Teams plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. If you are unable to access libraries, I recommend opening a support case through the Admin Console. Please reach out to your IT administrator to open a case on your behalf. You can find more details here: Contact Your Administrator.
For instructions on how to open a case, please refer to this guide: Adobe Support for Teams. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Regards,

Is there a way for me to rebuild/load my exported cc libraries via the cloud app?
Because trying to rebuild them manually by finding all the files again is taking an eternity across all brands
