License issu with Adobe XD

Hello,
We have a license issu with Creative cloud all apps subscription. All other apps are working accept Adobe XD, the user gets a error message that the license has expired. What could be the issu?

Kindly confirm if this is happening with multiple users or a single user is impacted.

    Hello,

    It seems to be an isolated problem to one user.
