My three colleagues and I are all Creative Cloud for Teams (all apps) license holders. If we purchased four of the new Logitech MX Creative Consoles, would all four of us be eligible for the free 3-month period, or does this only work for non-Teams memberships? The terms & conditions page is not quite clear on this. Has anybody here in a similar situation already have experience with redeeming the offer?

Each purchase of an MX Creative Console provides a complimentary 3-month membership specifically for individual subscriptions. While all four of you would be eligible for the offer individually, it unfortunately does not extend to Creative Cloud for Teams subscriptions.

Thanks for getting back to me on this so quickly. This is of course very unfortunate, because all four of us would have very much liked to have purchased the new Creative Console as part of this offer. Is there really no way at all that we could benefit from the promotion? Would it be possible, for example, to suspend our Teams subscription for the duration of the free membership?

Unfortunately, the promotion is indeed tied specifically to Adobe Creative Cloud Individual subscriptions, and suspending a Teams subscription to activate the free period on an Individual plan isn't typically supported. I've already forwareded your answer to my colleague in IT who manages our Teams account for us. Maybe they can come up with an idea how we might benefit from the MX Creative Console promotion after all. Would of course be great if that were the case. 🙂
