Não consigo efetuar o login no app Creative Cloud Desktop por que toda vez que eu clico em "entrar", aparece um popup dizendo "Você fez logoff! Faça logon novamente para continuar usando os aplicativos da Adobe", e as soluções mostradas no site da própria adobe não me ajudaram a resolver o problema.

 

Alguém por favor pode me ajudar?

Eu também já tentei esse, as pastas estavam todas na lista de exceções do meu antivírus mas mesmo assim não consegui resolver o problema...

mas tudo bem, eu acabei formatando meu PC e agora está tudo funcionando normalmente de novo.
