Yes, it's possible. Indeed, as soon as you get allocated a Teams or Enterprise licence, your account will get a secondary layer as a business ID. Your data, however, needs to be transferred manually. And, normally, you will need to cancel your individual subscription.

Now how to proceed?

If you are enquiring on how to migrate to a Teams/Enterprise subscription for your company, contact Adobe sales or an authorized reseller. They will assist you in the steps you need to take.

If you have an individual subscription and your company simply wants you to migrate to a(n existing) Teams/Enterprise plan, then your local support will have to assist you. If they run in trouble, they must contact Adobe support.

If you have a more specific question, you will have to update this thread.

(I will move this to the Teams/Enterprise forum.)

Thank you,
but when I migrate my account and cancel my subscription, will I still have to pay the cancellation fee?

You need to have Adobe support to cancel, as the cancellation fee gets automatically applied when you self-cancel.
