Migrate Creative Cloud assets to my new enterprise account

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

My Adobe account I've been using for several years has just been added to an enterprise organization that will provide my subscription from now.

As I misunderstood what "migrating assets to the enterprise cloud" meant, I chose to keep them on my personal subscription, that I would like to end as I don't need it anymore.

To make it more clear, I now have a single e-mail address that is linked to a personal and an enterprise account.

Unfortunatly it seems like I can't manually move the assets (online saved documents like psdc files, adobe fonts, ...) to my enterprise account by sharing them because I'm using the same e-mail address for both.

Is there a way to be prompted once again to migrate the assets to my enterprise account? Or a simple way to make the migration again?

Thank you

Thank you for your help but as I mentioned, I can't share my documents with myself because both "accounts" are linked to the same e-mail address. When I try it says I "already have the rights".

I actually have the exact same issue as in this thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-discussions/adobe-account-migrated-to...), and it seems like it can only be managed by the support

Is there a procedure I can indicate them to solve this properly? Honestly I don't think they will know how to do this

the admin has access to adobe support if they don't know how to help you.

Updating this since the issue hasn't been solved yet, I've contacted the support three times but nobody seemed to understand what it was about.

Also, I have hundreds of documents so every option that includes copying a sharing link and saving one document at a time is barely an option here.

adobe support can't help you or your admin can't help you?
