I planning to migrate from Enterprise ID to Federated ID with them same email address, so I want to learn how to do that, impact to end users, and how their accounts' data is migrated.

Thank you so much!

Hello @rpandita, from the guide, I saw this line "Change the directory that the domain is linked to. Users are automatically migrated." that mean, edit directory then change from enterprise to federated ? Can you refer to a link?

Thank you!

@gleeful_genius27968 speaking from personal experience this process can go sideways quickly and leave you in a lurch. I would encourage you to reach out with a support ticket via the Admin console to get a dedicated Adobe tech to assist you with your migration.
