Hi, I work at a company where we are paying for four licenses in Adobe Creative Cloud, however we are only using two. How do I remove the two, which we are paying for yet not using?

Thanks

Hello Rebekka,
As per the information regarding Team contract: A license is committed for one year or prorated to the anniversary. Therefore, you must maintain the committed number of licenses until your anniversary date. If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, you can remove licenses from the Admin Console during the renewal period.

You can also login to the Admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/) and go to the Support tab and start the chat with the support agent if you need more information

Hope this helps.

Hi Nikhil,

Thanks for answering my question! How do I know when the anniversary is? And in how much time in advance to this anniversary can I downgrade the number of users?

Thanks
Rebekka

Hey Rebekka,

If you have purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com, a month before your renewal, Adobe provides a self-service license management workflow in the Admin Console. As a system administrator, you can modify the number of licenses and products in your plan during this period called the renewal window.

To review the details of your renewal: In theAdmin Console, navigate to Account. Under Renewal, click View Details.

Detailed steps are given here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/admin-guide.html/in/enterprise/using/direct-business-renewals.ug.html
