My personal account is my work email account for Adobe Creative Cloud. We have a business account for the rest of the workspace for those who use Acrobat. I am the the only one who uses Creative Cloud at my workplace as I am the marketing department. When they moved my account to business my premium access was removed from the work email address and added to the business account. This is fine, except the only way to move my projects over is to send a link ONE BY ONE for over 3 years worth of projects in Adobe Express to move them to that account. Does ANYONE have any other advice on what to do? I have gone back and forth with the chat support all morning and have been transferred back and forth with no real answers here. Basically, at this point, I want to just reverse being added to the business account and go back to what I have been doing for 3 years now with my previous plan. Just getting that done has been a hassle. Please someone give me some advice. I am currently on the 30-day free trial for premium just so I can continue working during this issue.

Hi @Michele21823321e0yn ,
Have you tried following the steps mentioned in the following help document?

I have. The issue with that is that there are just too many projects to do that manually. I know I can refer back to them when needed, but this has created so many unnecessary extra steps for me to complete any of my projects now. I would like to remove myself from the business account without losing my work, but I have been seeing people saying that will cause me to lose the work even if it is on my personal account.

@Michele21823321e0yn is your business enterprise or teams? If enterprise, use the support tab to chat with an engineer - there is an automated one-time process to migrate all assets to the business account, but no way to pull the account back to personal.

I believe it is a teams account, not enterprise. Is it the same for teams? I wish they would give a warning that you will completely lose your personal account and not be able to go back before switching into the business. That is a huge drawback.

@Michele21823321e0yn Not entirely sure about Teams. My experience is if this was setup correctly, you should be able to swap between business and personal account with the same email. When you log in it would give you the choice. I have both and can choose when logging in:

I do have that. It is just a very time-consuming process to have to log out and log back in and send a link for every one of my projects I have going on. I have many, and it goes back for 3 years. I do refer back to a lot of the older projects as well. It also removed my premium account from the personal account so I can't just continue working in the personal. Unfortantely, I can't do anything about it from my account, and even to just find out what options are possible I need to be logged into the admin account. I am hoping to get that information from my manager so I can just get back to work.
