Hi we have a Creative Cloud for education | K–12 School Named User  license, but without Adobe Portfolio/Behance. It's free now for schools during this time, but it's not listed in our Adobe Admin Console to turn on. Anyone know of a way to activate it for our students now? It works for adobe accounts not tied to our Named User license.

Hi there,

Behance is not included in K-12 Named user licenses because it doesn't comply with COPPA guidelines as it might contain content that is not suitable for consumption by K-12 students.

Let us know if this helps pr of you have any more queries.

Thank you! I thought COPPA might be the reason. What about for teachers? We are looking for a way for teachers to spotlight work

Hi! What about Portfolio? We have used it in years past for our 8th grade photography class... it works seamlessly with Lightroom, which is what our kids use to take their photographs... the portfolio was a great way to showcase their work in Lightroom and in Adobe spark. Our school has now blocked our access stating to us that  "The explanation from Adobe includes the Portfolio product.  I cannot allow it if Adobe doesn't allow it."

portfolio can be password protected... we do not need behance, and are wondering why they are chunking both these programs together for k-12, as unusable...

thanks for any guidance..
