Hi. We have a creative cloud team folder that is shared and synced across our creative team. One of our interns has acidentally had the sync on pause for a while. When he activates the sync, all his changes to certain documents is overwriting the changes done in the same documents by others in the team during the time the interns sync was of. Is there any way to avoyd this? So that we can turn his sync back on?

This is a sticky mess to be sure - your intern created a divergent file.

The only way to clean this up is to turn the interns sync back off - then remove the files from the sync folder to another location. Then turn sync back on to get the current version of the files.

You'll then have to manually combine changes to the synced master files.

Toss the divergent/unsynced files when you're done. DO NOT drag them back into the CC sync folder!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
