I have paid for a student account since I'm in college (not funded nor supported by my college) and made the mistake of using my college Email to creat-it. Now when I try to log in, it says to contact my college and I can't seem to be able to have a direct contact to Adobe to discuss. Since I paid for everything out of pocket and I can't use it nor reach anyone to help resolve this issue. Does anyone have a direct number or any type of contact information that i could use please ?
Thanks a lot !!
Hello @Alex337966771zdl ,
You should have a subscription under your personal account. When you try to log in to https://account.adobe.com/plans, do you see the All Apps subscription? Make sure you choose a personal account, not company/school, after you enter your email when logging in.
You can also make sure on Creative Cloud you choose the correct account to sign in.

after confirming your subscription per the above sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
