Problem Adobe Cloud - AdminConsole and older versions

hello,

 

i´m the owner of this account since 9 years but i cannot login into this adminconsolce they are saying i have not the permission but nobody else then me is using this account and had bought it.

 

ths second problem is i need to install an old after effects version but i cannot see older versions in my creative cloud. not with the three points option not somewhaere else.

 

this is really annoying we have to work and not searching everytime is this cloud f*** app for hours to get some versions or something else.

I really have to say this adobe managment thing is so annyoing and frustrating we are losing so much time with this app stuff thing!!!!! But i know adobe is abig concern and only have a look on his shareholders and not the small customers and do not listingin  to them.

 

But yeah i´m really frustrating sorry but maybe somebody could help me with these problems

As you mentioned, you cannot access your apps from the Admin console. I assume you are referring to the Creative Cloud desktop app because I reviewed your account and found a Creative Cloud subscription that you purchased back in 2015. 

 

To resolve this issue, please try the troubleshooting steps shared in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4ePxMl8.

 

Once the subscription-related issue is resolved, follow the instructions given in the following help document to ins
