Hi there, I'm trying to cancel the Adobe for Enterprise plan that I've been subscribed to. I signed up using my college information but now the product is not useful for me. I've been trying to cancel the plan because Adobe is still charging me, but the button "Manage Plan" is nonexistent for me. The button to cancel this is literally not there. Do I get in touch with someone at my school or support at Adobe? Could I get a link to directly talk with a real person instead of articles and forums?

an enterprise account is a corporate account. or if you signed up for a plan managed by your school that would be an enterprise account and you should contact your school's plan administartor.
if you have a plan (education or otherwise), that you manage, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I just found a way to email a software distributer at school. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to me!

you're welcome. (and hopefully, you get a meaningful response.)
most of all you would like to know who's administering the plan you've signed-up for. is it you? is it someone at the school?
with that info, it would be easier to direct you for help.
