I'm having the same problem. I'm logged in as an administrator on an Amazon EC2 instance (Windows Server 2019) and the installer Adobe Creative Cloud desktop just gets stuck with an error that says:
Javascript is disabled, please enable JavaScript and try to sign in again. Check your browser.
Windows Server is not the issue, as I manage a whole render farm with Adobe After Effects already installed on the same version of Windows Server. I already made sure that scripting is enabled in Chrome, IE, and Firefox as well as cleared my cache and signed in again. Could it be a misconfigured network or security setting?
Yes, I'm part of a Teams account, however I opened a chat with Adobe support through the admin console and they directed me back here and told me to post on this forum as there was no resolution to this issue on their end
