I am the administrator of a Creative Cloud for Teams license.
I created an installation package which includes the following software:
Acrobat Pro DC
After Effects CC
Audition CC
Bridge CC
Dream CC
Exchange Panel
ExtendedScript Toolkit CC
Extension Manager CC
Fireworks CS6
Illustrator CC
Incopy CC
InDesign CC
Lightroom
Media Encoder CC
Photoshop CC
Prelude CC
Premiere Pro CC
SpeedGrade CC
The package is configured so that our IT office can update the entire suite via remote invoking the RemoteUpdateManager.exe
I set up an in-house Adobe Update Server and I am able to download all the updates by launching the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe. with both --fresh and --incremental parameters. I followed the .PDF guide on AUSST and its configuration. I also made sure that every PC can reach the URL which redirects to the in-house Adobe Update Server where all the updates are stored. Everything works fine.
I am able to invoke via command line the RemoteUpdateManager.exe on a PC and it connects to the in-house Adobe Update Server, it finds the updates and download them. But then nothing happens. The cmd window which I opened to launch the RemoteUpdateManager.exe is stuck on "Starting the RemoteUpdateManager..."
The log file in the %temp% directory says the following:
