Last month, our team ran out of Generative AI Credits. Once I looked into how many are included with our CC Teams plan, I wanted to see how the usage breakdown was across my team in the Admin console.
I'm shocked to see that there is no report or log for team admins that show Generative AI credit usage by users. 😱😡🤦🏻:male_sign:
At a minimum, it is crucial to know:
A link to the generated assets would be nice as well.
I just finished a chat with Adobe support and was told there is no consolidated report for AI credit usage for Teams admins. To get this information would require asking for screenshots of the individual user's generation history in their profile.
What a huge oversight by the product and engineering teams. I'm disappointed but not surprised.

Please also note that Generative AI credits in Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise plans are not pooled and cannot be shared across multiple users. Each license includes its own individual credit allocation.
