Retrieve files from separated user's Lightroom cloud

We had a user that was storing files in the Lightroom Cloud catalog and then sharing them out. They were being stored under his Team Coud license. The user is no longer with our organization and we cannot access any of his images. Is there a way to retrieve them?

We initially submitted this request in through the Admin Console, but the case was closed with no resolution.

We were told that reclaiming assets as part of the CC team environment would be easy, but it feels like each time we separate with an employee we find some other issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Jim23106237uubi How long ago was this? There may be a time limit to recover. Have you tried reactivating their email and logging into Lightroom?

@Jim23106237uubi reclaiming assets from a terminated user is possible under an Enteprise account with shared storage - unclear if its possible with a Teams account. Couldn't you just reset the user's company email password and access the account directly?

Thanks for the reply. The user is no longer an active user and I see no way to reactivate them. We've used the "reclaim assets" function, but the only items that are included are items that were in the Adobe Libraries. Is there something that I'm missing?
