The situation at our school is dire. Even though we are fully paid, we have received notification that our license has expired. What an incredible waste—of time, or manpower, and of energy.

Branching to a new discussion.
Joec68465624, which Adobe CC applications are indicating that your license has expired? If your school is using Serial Number deployment then those serial numbers were set to expire on November 30, 2018. You will want to work with your Creative Cloud admin to obtain an updated serial number.

We were told that we would need to switch from a serial license to an individual user / device license. We spent the weekend uninstalling CC on every workstation and reinstalling only the 2018 apps. Very frustrating.

Joec68465624, I am sorry, can you please clarify what is occurring. Were you able to apply the device licenses to the CC2018 applications successfully?

Jeff, I am having a somewhat similar issue. Our license for Adobe CC 2018 expired November 30, 2018. So, we (Perkins High School) purchased 100 device licenses for Creative Cloud All Apps (through CDW). I used the Admin Console to create a package with all the apps and installed the apps. However, when I open the apps I get the choice to log in with my Adobe ID, sign in with an Enterprise ID, or sign in with Facebook or Google. If I log in with my Adobe ID, I get the 7 Day trial. I don't have an Enterprise ID. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Mzleffler, this is expected. The majority of serial number deployments for Creative Cloud applications were set to expire on November 30, 2018. Please work with your local Creative Cloud admin to obtain a new license. I would also recommend referencing Check expiration of volume or CC enterprise serial numbers with AdobeExpiryCheck tool for information they can use to detect expired licenses.

Jeff,
Yes. After many hours and failed installs (Acrobat seems to have been the chief culprit) we have our lab back up and running. Our students love the CC suite, but your company desperately needs a better implementation system. This has been a real fiasco.

Ok, thanks for the update and feedback, Joe. I would recommend keeping in contact with your Creative Cloud account representative to be kept up to date on new solutions for Lab environments in 2019.
