I am installing CC on a new Windows 10 computer, and every time I try to download Acrobat Pro DC I get an error message saying that I need to shut down Word. Problem is, I'm not running Word. I've rebooted and tried it and still get the error message, "Conflict Installing Acrobat DC. Please save your work and close the following programs for all logged in users, then click Continue....-Microsoft Word."
Thank you, Steve. I spent some time on an Adobe chat to try to resolve this, and the rep did a remote session and fixed it. You get that message when you download? Which web browser are you using? Try using a different web browser.

Thanks again,

I am having the same issue. I went to the Task Manager and the CPU details and stoped the installer process. The Acrobat Pro DC never ended up installing the program. I try reinstalling and it came up with the same error message imediately. What can I do to get it installed?
Thank you, Miriam
