something went wrong while saving when adding federated user

So i went to add an adobe user like i have many times before. Put in their email, they are federeated and detected as such. Then i try and click add and today it says "something went wrong while saving".

 

How do i troubleshoot this? Can you give me a real error or an error log or something? How the heck am i supposed to know whats wrong with it if you dont give me any information! I dont know how long it has been broken for, but i did put in a user last month....

Figured it out but i didnt post back. It was because i had started the directory sync configuration but never finished it. I wanted to get approval before i did the sync. Apparently if you partially configure it, it results in this message. Because as soon as we finished the last step of configuration, i could add users again.

Which browser are you using to add the federated user here? Did you try adding the user through a different browser? Please try using a different browser and let us know if you still have trouble with the same issue.
