Student/access Subtance Painter

I'd like to have access to Subtance Painter for my lessons. I'm a student, as noted on my customer profile, but I'm told that I'm not eligible. How can I resolve this?

To qualify for the free Substance 3D license for students, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements, including enrollment in a higher education institution.
