Hello,

in our company we have 2 Adobe IDs from LWS.
Multiple licenses assigned for each ID with the same End User ID.
I would like to transfer all licenses to one of the 2 accounts.
How is it possible to do this?
Thanks
Massimo

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

As I understand you require assistance with transfer of licenses ( TOL) , and this is a User forum and we do not have access to view the type of licenses that are registered in LWS ( like CLP, TLP, FLP), please contact Adobe Support Team by clicking on : https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html for Phone Support.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Deepjyoti.

Hi,

I had seen the page you suggested.

But I couldn't find any chat.

In fact, I posted here for that very reason.

Where exactly can I find the chat? Adobe's website has as much clarity of exposition as a closed book.

Thank you

Massimo

Please see here: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

I couldn't see it because of cookies.

I did thanks.

Too bad Adobe doesn't know what their products are and how to handle them.

In the end they didn't fix it for me and my old colleague's account, I had to switch to another one, as they are not able to migrate LWS licenses from one account to another.

Embarrassing.

Regards, Massimo.
