Typekit APIs no longer connect to my kit IDs or fonts

Community Beginner ,

So I have a team account with full Creative Cloud administrator access. I use Typekit to link fonts to my websites. The kit IDs no longer work with the API keys I used so the fonts no longer work on those websites. They worked right up until today but no longer work.

For example on this website - https://tmlhairandbeauty.co.uk/ we had a Typekit Project ID: tnt7jgs linked with an API key and it worked great, but as of today the fonts don't synch. It looks like whatever Adobe did yesterday has split my account into "personal" and "work" but the API keys have gone into my personal account and the fonts are in my work account so no longer link properly. This worked fine up until today is there any solution to this. I have contacted Adobe support but they have been less than helpful.

I only ever had one account before today and everythign worked fine. Now I seem to have two under the same email address and it is all messed up. I log in and its my work account but I contact support and its through my personal account and I just don't understand what has happened.

Hi Vikrant, thanks for your reply. Molly from Adobe Fonts has sorted the issue for me by adding the API keys to the business account now.

The web projects were all there but the API keys that connects them to the website had been moved to the personal account so weren't linking up. Now that these have been moved back they work again.

Thanks for your help.

We're checking this internally and have passed your feedback over to the concerned teams.

Do you see the Web Project when you sign-in with your Business profile on fonts.adobe.com?

If the Web Projects don't exist, then the quickest solution may be to create a new Web Project and then update the website to refer to the new project id. Or, if the Web Project does exist, it may have a new ID, in which case again, again the website code may still need to be updated.
