university Enterprise Account only allowing me access to trials instead of full downloads

I have an Adobe Enterprise account through my university that should give me access to many of the Adobe applications such as In Design, Photoshop, etc (see attached photo).  However, I am currently only being shown ~trials~ of the programs when I log in to my university account on Creative Cloud (also see attached). I have renewed my subscription with the university so this should not be an issue. I have already tried Solutions 1-6 here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html. I have also tried completely uninstalling via Adobe cleaner and reinstalling Creative Clould.

It seems that the license is not provisioned from the backend. Kindly request the IT team to remove and assign the license to your account. If the issue persists, please ask them to open a support case with Adobe so that we can check the issue.

Update: The IT administrator at my university has said everything looks correct on their console, but my problem is still persisting and I only have access to the trials.

Hi John, I tried to follow the Mac instructions from the post you sent but there is no "configs" folder within the OOBE folder on my machine.
