VAT Invoices

Question

Hi, I recently purchased 5 x extended licenses but am unable to download my VAT invoices.  I can see them listed in my 'Orders and Invoices' section but nothing comes up when I click on them.  Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It was helpful but the problem also resolved itself. I think something was a bit buggy along the way as all my invoices came through 3 times over and all at once. Thank you so much for your thoughs and time.

I understand you need to know your calculate your VAT and an invoice would be benificial in many ways, but if for some reason you weren't able to see how much VAT is or you want to deduct VAT from actual amount here is idea:
I'm assuming you're from Ireland,

0% (Exempt)

Essential goods and services. like exports, children’s clothing, books, medical supplies etc.

4.8% (Reduced)

Specialized Services mostly related to finance, insurance, and livestock

9% (Reduced)

Mostly for media, news and related publications

13.5% (Reduced)

Goods and Services socially beneficial like constructions, arts, catering, tourism etc.

23% (Standard)

Standard rates applied to all good and services that do not fit in above mentioned categories.
