I have a business account from the company I work for and a personal profile with different software. I constantly have to log in and out between them, which is a real pain with 2-factor authentication and just in general.
Why isn’t there a simple button to switch profiles in Creative Cloud - or even better, directly in the software itself - so I don’t have to go through CC every time?
This feels like such an oversight. I honestly don’t get it.
Hi DaVaderFL
Thanks for the candid follow-up and for explaining how this impacts your day-to-day work. We understand that frequent sign-outs with two-factor authentication can disrupt your creative flow, especially when switching contexts multiple times a day. Your concerns are valid, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
Here are a few workarounds that may help reduce friction:
Use separate operating system user accounts or dedicated devices for personal and business work to stay

Hi DaVaderFL
Thanks for reaching out and for your feedback. Adobe’s current design requires signing out and back in to switch between Personal and Business profiles because licensing, storage, and entitlements are tied to the profile selected at sign-in across desktop apps and services. Each profile has its own storage, libraries, and product access; switching profiles mid-session would essentially change which organization’s licenses and cloud assets are active, which Adobe currently enforces only at login to avoid conflicts across apps and services.
We’ve noted your request and will share it with the relevant team for further consideration in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us improve the Adobe product experience.
Regards,
^AN

I appreciate your answer.
That being said, this makes me consider switching to a non-Adobe alternative for my personal work, as having to re-log constantly becomes quite a pain after a while. It disrupts the flow and holds me back whenever I switch between tasks and software, which can happen several times a day.

Here are a few workarounds that may help reduce friction:
Use separate operating system user accounts or dedicated devices for personal and business work to stay signed in to each context without repeated re-authentication.
Run different browser profiles or separate Creative Cloud sessions (personal vs. business) to avoid repeated sign-outs.
If possible, use virtual desktops or separate devices to keep both profiles active simultaneously.
Some users rely on mobile apps for personal work while keeping desktop apps linked to their business profile.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective — it genuinely helps guide future improvements.
