Will a Japanese Acrobat Pro 11 license work in other regions?

1. If will purchase a Japanese license for the Acrobat Pro 11 but plan on running it on a host server that is located in the US, will the license still work (regional issues)?

2. If I purchase a Japanese license, will it work in other APAC regions or would I have to purchase separate regional licenses for the licenses to work? (Eg, Purchase the license in Japan but use it in Australia).

Yes, you should be able to run the Japanese copy in the U.S. without issue.

The installer is MUI but the serial number is language specific.  So if you license with an English language serial number it will run in English if that is the language specified in the installation.  Note Acrobat's installer does detect the language being used by the OS so that may require specification of the language during the installation process.
