Creative Cloud is stuck

I've had access to creative cloud using my school's K12. I had recently lost access to it, creating my problem of uninstalling the apps from my computer. I tried to use the creative cloud app, but it loops the messege: "You've been sign out" and does not let me log back in to my account. I tried installing it off my computer, but it had denied me because I still had animate and premiere pro on my computer. And I couldn't uninstall those programs, because I needed to use the Creative Cloud app, which again, I can't use because of the login issue

 

I there anyway I can fix this, because I really don't these apps on my computer anymore, as they are now uselss to me, and I can't even use them.

You can try the creative cloud cleaner tool to uninstall all the apps and reinstall them again.
