How do I install my volume license for CS5 on a new computer?

I have a license of CS5 master collection bought by Helmholtz Zentrum München for my personal use at home. I must swap this software (product key [removed-kglad]) to my new PC and cannot uninstall it from my old PC, because this PC no longer boots. What shall I do in order to properly install the software on my new PC?

if you see an activation count error, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request an activation count reset.

Dear Bani, any idea, what can be done for me? Against stiff resistance, I

personally replaced CorelDraw by Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and

InDesign in the Helmholtz Zentrum München long ago in 1997. As it looks to

me, I will have to change to GIMP an Inkscape after nearly twenty years of

my service for Adobe and Adobe 's software for me and my custoners!

Hi,

Thanks for that. This is a volume serial number. Therefore it does not use activations, so having it on your old PC will make no difference. The problem here is that you need to have a volume installer and not a regular retail installer (such as the downloads linked above).

To get the volume installer go to the Adobe Licensing Website and download the correct media.
